Love
A four letter word
Meaning nothing

The thump of your heart
Is the muscle pumping blood
Not a feeling in your chest

Only the foolish
Would give into a lowly emotion
That would chain and bind you

It's a trick of hormones
Nature's needle for reproduction
And I want none of it
